Day 9

Ok so today is an all protein day. No big deal. I have alot to do today anyway and there's alot less to think about and do on all protein days. I got on the scale this morning and was back up a couple pounds. I know there's no way I ate 2 pounds worth of food so I'm not going to let it stress me out, however, I'm not going to become a slave to the scale either! I've decided to only weigh myself once in a while. Maybe when it looks or feels like I've lost a bit of weight, I'll hop on it just to see, but other wise, I know I look better and feel better so I'm going to keep at it and trust that in due time I will get this weight off! SO here we go with day 9! It's a Sunday and I have alot to get done. Time for some breakfast!

Breakfast this morning was 2 slices of crispy turkey bacon, scrambled eggs and the Oat bran galette. I'm stuffed and ready to take on the day!!

Can't decide what to have for lunch yet so I just ate a bowl of sf jello with a dab of ff cool whip on it.

Lunch today was some green curry chicken that I made and topped with crispy turkey bacon bits.

Dinner was grilled chicken and deviled eggs. The chicken was thighs and even though I took off the skin it was still kinda greasy so my stomach is not very happy right now!!

later on in the evening I was starving so I ended up heating up a hamburger patty with some onions on it.  (PMS means I will be really hungry for a good week or so and then once I start I won't want to eat at all!)
