Day 7
Good morning!! Today is a great day!! I woke up this morning to begin the last day of my attack phase (YYYYYaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa freakin hoooooooooo!!!) and I'm down a total of 7 pounds!!! I'm so happy!! Now granted for someone who has over 60 pounds to lose, 7 pounds in a total of 6 days isn't all that great really, BUT...for someone who is 41 with a hypothyroid it's awesome!!! I would recomend this program to anyone, but especially someone who is battling thyroid issues!! It's not easy to stick out all these days of just protein, but take it one day at a time and realize that it's just food to feul your body and you can get through it. At this point the hardest part is eating at all. It helps to not make the same thing over and over again too!
Breakfast was some Turkey and Cheese mini bites and a chocolate mocha shake.
Lunch was some Chicken Egg Drop Soup
For my late dinner I just grabbed 2 of the low fat or ff I can't remember which, kosher beef hotdogs that are only 40 cals a piece and a light cheese stick. I'm still looking for the ff cheese sticks.
