Day 10

Today is a protein and veggie day! I really look forward to these days, although yesterday was pretty easy. It seems to get easier with time which is nice! Breakfast this morning was sooo good!!! I found a recipe for a cheese bread online that was for the plan and I added a tbsp of parmesan cheese to it. It came out good, but I want to tweek it a bit because it was kind of big. I probably could have divided it up into 2 meals for heaven's sake! But it did make a fabulous breakfast sandwich!! I'd like to make a rye version since I love rye bread and I'd love to also make a zuchinni bread since I love it so much too! The variety would be really nice!

Breakfast- Sandwich made with an oat and wheat bran bun, egg and turkey bacon.

No lunch today, was playing Let's dance on the wii with the kids!

Dinner was some cream of broccoli soup, hamburger patty and a salad. Dessert was a bowl of sf jello.
