WOW I can't believe I've been at this for almost a month already! It just doesn't seem like it's been that long! I'm weird when it comes to losing weight and it seems that it's going to be the case with this diet as well. I lose all of my weight right around the time of my period. The rest of the month I might lose a tad if I'm lucky, but generally I just bounce around the same few pounds until the period time the following month and then, whammo! Off it comes! I don't really care as long as it comes off!! Last night was my first cheat. I made a really yummy cake and I had a small piece. It was really low sugar so not too too bad, but it was a carb none the less. It made me feel kinda ill though so maybe it was a good cheat. I won't crave that anymore for sure!!
Breakfast this morning (well 11:00) is some ham and cheese mini bites.
Lunch- Kind of weird for lunch but I had scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. I was in the mood for it and it really hit the spot!
Dinner- Lemon thyme chicken in a white wine reduction and topped with a sprinkle of parmesan. Boy was that good!
