day 25

HOLY CRAP!! I was down even more this morning!!!! I can't believe I've lost 15 pounds already!!! I'm soo beyond happy!!!!

Breakfast- 2 eggs and 2 egg whites scrambled and 3 slices of turkey bacon cooked super crispy in the microwave.  My appetite is back pretty good this morning!! Yayyyy!!!

Lunch- some rotisserie chicken put into romaine leaves with some ff cheese and diced tomatoes.

Dinner- meatloaf and sliced tomatoes
