Woke up this morning feeling horrible! Didn't feel too good yesterday either. Not sure why, just hoping I feel better as the day goes on! Weight was the same this morning for the second day in a row but I'm ok with that because I lost for a few days in a row. Everyone wants to lose weight fast, but with in reason.
Breakfast this morning was mini carrot cake muffins with a whipped cream cheese dip. Not too bad, but I want to work on the recipe a little more. I think it needed a little more sweetener and a little more cinnamon. The dip was awesome though!! It would also be great with the zucchini muffins I made before!
No lunch today. I spent all afternoon in bed feeling really crappy.
Dinner- still not feeling good but was starving so I was hoping some food would make me feel better. I ate 2 hamburger pattys from a whopper and some lettuce.
