The good and the bad....
Well the good of course is the weight loss and how much better I feel. No bloating or swelling! That's awesome! I noticed starting yesterday (day 3) that I was actually having a hard time eating at all. I just didn't want to eat and when I would make something I would almost gag when trying to eat it. Very strange for me! I would eat because I knew I needed to eat something and figured if I ate it would calm my upset stomach. Morning time is the one exception. It's always been one of my favorite meals and I'm really hungry in the morning so I look forward to it. I think I will look forward to lunch and dinner more when I can have veggies. I LOVE protein, but it very quickly gets hard to eat nothing but protein. You have to really want to stick it out to keep going. Of course the weight loss is the best motivation! Another down side for me personally is that for the past 2 days I've had diarreah and that's not fun. I totally didn't expect that! It's not so bad when you're staying at home, but when you have to go out it's pretty scary!! I've also gotten a really dry mouth. Mouthwash has become my best friend! I go rince every time I eat just to get the taste of the food out of my mouth. Other than those minor things, all has been well. I was very tired the first few days but today I feel great!
